How to Downgrade iOS 6 to iOS 5.1.1 :
- Step 1 : Download Redsn0w 0.9.14b2 (Mac , Windows) and iOS 5.1.1 IPSW File suitable to your Device
- Step 2 : As you knows, SHSH Blobs plays and important role for downgrade, so as you saved SHSH Blobs earlier for iOS 5.1.1 stored it on your local personal Computer.
- Step 3 : In case you have it on your PC, than locate it and place it with in the same iOS 5.1.1 IPSW file.
- Step 4 : Then connect your Device running iOS 6 and put it into DFU mode.
- Step 5 : Now open Redsn0w and click on Extra than SHSH blobs
- Step 6 : Then Select Stitch option.
- Step 7 : Now click on IPSW and select iOS 5.1.1 IPSW for your Suitable Device
- Step 8 : In case your SHSH blobs has been stored on Cydia, than click on Cydia under that blobs section.
- Step 9 : In case yours SHSH Blobs stored locally, than click on Locally and select SHSH Blobs for iOS 5.1.1 for your Suitable Device
- Step 10 : After doing above Step 8 and Step 9 Redsn0w will stitch them together for create an all encompassing firmware file for iOS 5.1.1
- Step 11 : Then in Redsn0w go back two pages and click Pwned DFU option, which will be put your device on to DFU mode, so iTunes can restore using the Stitched Firmware, unless your screen will show you 1600 Error
- Step 12 : Now Allow iTunes to restore device
- Step 13 : Then once again open Redsn0w and click on Extras>Recovery Fix option.
- Step 14 : Now place your Device into DFU mode and Recovery Fix should be complete successfully.
- Step 15 : After the above step done you device successfully back to the iOS 5.1.1
